Great experience! This was the first time surfing for my 2 teenage boys, and they absolutely loved it. They can't wait to try it again! The van picks you up in Porto so you don't have to find your way to Caparica on your own. 2hrs is a long lesson, but very fun. The water is cold, but the wetsuits they provided kept us surprisingly warm. To give you an idea of how tolerable it was, I typically will not go in water that is less than 80 degrees, and I stayed in the water almost the full 2 hrs!! Partly because the suit kept me warm, partly because I was having so much fun! Will definitely do it again if and when we return to Lisbon !
This was the coolest thing we’ve ever done! We had so much fun. The instructors were phenomenal! The water was chilly, but with the wetsuits, we were comfortable. We could just be naturally good at surfing, but it was easier than we thought to get the basics! The photographer took great photos that you can buy at the end of the experience. We cant wait to come again
