A total blast! Did this tour with a friend, and it was so much fun. The beach club where you surf from is also so much fun. I would advise staying there after the tour, and catching an uber back into Lisbon! The entire team was so nice as well, and it made for a great afternoon.
Filipe is a very kind and motivating instructor. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot. Highly recommended.
Great experience! This was the first time surfing for my 2 teenage boys, and they absolutely loved it. They can't wait to try it again! The van picks you up in Porto so you don't have to find your way to Caparica on your own. 2hrs is a long lesson, but very fun. The water is cold, but the wetsuits they provided kept us surprisingly warm. To give you an idea of how tolerable it was, I typically will not go in water that is less than 80 degrees, and I stayed in the water almost the full 2 hrs!! Partly because the suit kept me warm, partly because I was having so much fun! Will definitely do it again if and when we return to Lisbon !
