We make sure our kids get the best out of the lesson, in a safe and fun environment. Don't be surprised if they will become better than you!
How does it work?
We will meet at Praia do Castelo, Costa da Caparica. If you need, we can pick you up in Lisbon, just send us an email for the request of transfer.
Once at the beach, we have a safe place to leave your belongings and we will give you the right equipment (wetsuit and board).
The lesson starts with a quick warmup and a brief instruction on the technique that you will then apply in the water. We try to spend as less time as possible on the sand so you can practice as much as possible in the water.
The lesson is 1h30m long with a private or small group (depends from the age and number of students) supported by a certified instructor.
At the end you can have an outdoor shower to rinse the salt water off and, if the transport service has been requested, we will drive you back to Lisbon.
